Marcus Baney studied business administration at the Leed’s School of Business at University of Colorado Boulder and is a veteran bartender in the craft cocktail space. For over a decade in the hospitality space, he's worked alongside employees to grow their abilities behind the bar and in front of it. Directing beverage programs for well-known places like Burger Up, Marcus understands the practical needs of working professional restaurant employees. Year over year, he's seen the demand for a comprehensive solution like Spec continue to grow among establishments and employees alike.
